I switched over from Geico, both my homeowners and auto policies. I was tired of dealing with an out-of-state insurance company. Initially, I was worried that Allstate's rates would be much higher, but I was pleasantly surprised when my quote came in! The transition was effortless for me because John hughes and his staff took care of all of paperwork and phone calls.
Since becoming an Allstate client, I have had an auto accident. I can't say enough about the service I have received, both from John Hughes and his staff. They have made calls for me, set up appointments, and checked in. Everything has been so smooth. I am incredibly pleased with all aspects of my decision to switch to John Hughes' Allstate Insurance Agency.

This experience was fast, easy, and pleasurable. The staff was well informed and explained and answered all my questions. I couldn’t recommend this agency high enough. The best part though was the extra $800 a year I saved. They took the impersonal part of buying insurance out and replaced it with a very personal and easy experience.
John took a very personal approach to quoting my home and auto policies. He sent me the quotes via email and then arranged time to walk me through the quote and allowed me an opportunity to ask questions. He also ensured I had appropriate coverage and explained a few instances where I was actually unknowingly under-insured with my prior carrier and made recommendations on coverage levels for my specific situation. I highly recommend this agency!
