  Called customer service on 2/6/19 AM and spoke with "Rick" about questions I had concerning copays. Rick was very courteous and professional, and was a tremendous help. Health insurance can be complicated, but by the end of our conversation, he not only put my mind at ease, he went out of his way to show some compassion and wish me luck. I have never had a bad experience dealing with Health New England's customer service.
