Lisa Muller, I'm not really sure how your day was going when you had your dismal experience with this wonderfully company. You may want to review your part around the situation of your business call to "the old man." I was politely greeted by Amy, Mr. Paul Kszepka's gatekeeper & was informed that to speak with him immediately I'd have to wait some time. Certainly, I'd imagined getting thru to a company head would require some virtue of patience. Yes, no one really likes to wait, however Amy kindly checked in with me while waiting which is a huge value to my time, then Mr. K arrived promptly to field my questions. I did notice their hours and was respectful to understand than to be understood that this company's members probably have a family & may be out on the road visiting clients homes for a personal & in depth full service experience that is important when it comes to the business of personally insuring our most precious valuables like our families, ourselves & the tangibles! My experience was one of gratitude that I was able to reach out for a genuine connection. I mean, it's not like we're calling the "Legion" to see who's tending bar or what the specials are on the lunch menu at "The Wolf's Den," right?
They were very efficient and professional in my brief, but timely experience getting pertinent information. As well Lisa, if the words used in my review are confusing, I'd suggest educating yourself with a Webster's Dictionary. Good luck!
