  Jessica did an amazing job of explaining all of the options for several types of insurance that we were considering. She also got us the best price and made it simple to apply and set up payment. Excellent experience all around!

  After moving to a more corporate insurance entity, happy to be back with Ross Insurance. (Now Ross, Webber & Grinnell) Only tried out another insurance provider at the urging of my wife, who had access to a provider for relatives of veterans through her father. After having to survive a year dealing with a company that didn't seem to be advocating for us, that never got back to us, that didn't know who we were; it was a pleasure to move back to a local provider, who is responsive and attentive. Our account manager, Jessica, is a gem.

  I just wanted to say my first impression wasn't that great however I learned it was more due to the insurance company I was leaving not properly submitting everything over. Since that I have had great experiences with this company. Especially my experiences with Michelle, she is always so helpful and quick to respond to my million and one questions. I am very glad I made the switch from Liberty to here.

  I am a newer client, but have experienced only the best customer service. I recently bought a house and packaged both my auto and home owners insurance through Ross insurance. Melissa and Maureen were so helpful throughout the entire process! They were very attentive to my needs as a first time home-buyer and even called to remind me to compete paperwork when the process started becoming a little overwhelming. Recently, I needed help canceling my previous renters insurance policy and Melissa really made it easy for me. I just called her up and she took it from there. I didn't have to spend a hour of time away from the office clearing it up. She emailed me what I needed and I sent it right back. I don't think I would get the same GREAT service from a big name corporate company. Ross Insurance is fantastic!
  
  5 years later....I am still a customer and they have been super helpful during a car accident and when my home was robbed. Customer service is top notch.
