Price wise - the rates quoted here were significantly better than what I was seeing at other firms.

(July 8, 2019, 3:23 pm)I visited GEICO Saugus earlier today with a problem and left with not only the solution, but feeling thoroughly supported by the team. Brenda and Megan are excellent in many aspects; including, their warmth, friendliness, knowledge and, most importantly, their steadfast commitment to making sure everyone is taken care of. I sat at the lobby and watched several people walk-by. And they treated everyone with the highest level of service and respect. We often hear consistency is key and I attest, first-hand, that Megan and Brenda are two ladies who will go the extra mile consistently. Words are not enough to express how happy I am with the level of service I received. It was human, it was kind, it was personal, it was unforgettable. Thank you Megan and Brenda for making me feel like the most important person in the building on a busy Monday morning.
