Recently, I had an opportunity to both engage Tony Maddaleni to assist me with a water damage loss I suffered, as well as to see Tony at work on a different matter. He was rude, argumentative, condescending, and just terrible to deal with. He wouldn't read or return emails so it was very difficult to hold him to anything he said on the phone.
