They are family run, and I feel that that makes a.huge.difference in how they treat their customers and not just another policy number. They found me the best rates as I had very specific needs I had to meet for my auto policy. Every step of the way I was always contacted and the turnaround time is fantastic in response time. I worked primarily with Don Johnsonand he did such a great job, and have spoken also to other agents within the family run business and I honestly have only good things to say, and sadly that is hard to find in customer service these days.When my auto insurance rate increased due to an accident , they even easily helped me find financing to pay it as it was a price I could not afford at that time. And I definetly will continue to use this agency and will always recommend to anyone. Thank You!
