(April 13, 2019, 10:07 pm)Brian and Michael at Goodnow Insurance are so great. I needed insurance and a certificate quickly for an event I was attending for my business. I own an e-commerce company, and couldn’t find an agency that had a policy for me. After calling around to several companies and getting outrageous quotes, I called Goodnow which was recommended to me. They found a great quote and policy that fit my company perfectly, and the turnaround was so quick. I was able to attend the event and now have coverage for the year! I definitely recommend them.
(March 20, 2019, 4:25 pm)I met with Olivia, one of the agents there, and she was incredibly helpful. She explained everything and gave me options to choose from based on coverage and costs. After I picked my plan Olivia took care of all of the paper work, I only had to sign a few things. In about 20 minutes she saved me about 30% on my insurance and got me better coverage
(March 8, 2019, 8:22 am)We've been with Goodnow (real estate and insurance) since 1980 and have always felt that they were doing their best for us. That feeling was confirmed this week when we got a letter from Mike L stating that there were now some better insurance options for homes in coastal areas and that we could save money and improve our coverage by transferring our homeowners policy to another company. In addition, he got us a new quote for auto insurance (also with better coverage). We'll now be saving more than $2500 annually on the two policies combined.
(February 26, 2019, 2:48 pm)Switching insurance companies was not something I was looking forward to, however I must say my experience with goodwill proved just how simple it could be! The agent who helped me was extremely down to earth and helpful and made the process quick and painless, plus I am saving a ton of money. Definitely I would recommend this agency if you're looking to save some money and don't want to speak to robots. Olivia is who helped me, if you can get her, I would!
