When I was going to switch my policy over to my work, she reached out to me. and She went over the differences between the policies and thoroughly answered my questions. I’ve been with bearing star for five years and they’ve always been very helpful! They’ve always given me great customer service. They’re always pleasant and made sure that Im making informed decisions about my insurance policy. I highly recommend Bearingstar as an Insurance company. It’s very rare that you find a large company that you feel their giving you personal attention and familiar with you, not a little fish in a big pond kinda feeling at all! I hope you’re as happy as I’ve been.

(March 19, 2015, 10:02 pm)I've been simply paying online, for a couple of years now - but I used to go here every month to make my payments, or whenever a problem arose (with the actual insurer, NOT with Viveiros). I've been with Viveiros, at least as far back as the late 90s, and I don't recall EVER having a problem with the agency itself. The staff has always been nothing less than courteous and knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help their customers. I have recommended them to several people, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
