(October 25, 2018, 3:10 pm)I have not had the opportunity to visit the office physically but the customer service is still phenomenal. Whenever there are changes with my policy, they make it their business to reach out whether it's by call, text, or via email. They're very knowledgeable and are able to answer questions without passing you off to the next person! I have had insurance through two other companies prior, but neither compare to the great prices for ultimate coverage or their wonderful customer service!
