  Writing to say thank you to State Farm. Toni assisted me with my new multi-auto and home policy. Toni was thorough and professional and although the process was complicated by my work schedule, she remained flexible and patient. I was sorely disappointed with my previous insurance agent, but was honestly made to feel whole by Toni. Not only were the rates better....so was the customer service. My father was insured by State Farm forever. I have no idea why it took me so long to switch, but I am glad I did. I am now going to refer my daughter. Thank you again.
