(March 20, 2019, 9:26 pm)When I started searching for an insurance company for my home and business, I asked the different agents I met with if they could refer me to a client who had been covered by them for a catastrophic loss and was still happy with the insurance company. None of them could provide such a reference and I started to believe that there was no such thing as a person who had a catastrophic loss and was still happy with their insurance company. Then I got to know Lewis Hixson of Preferred Insurance and he was able to immediately refer me to two mutual aquaintances who had suffered catastrophic losses and were very happy with the service they received from Preferred Insurance. upon learning this, I switched over all our policies to Preferred Insurance.

She always returns my calls and if she doesn’t know the answer to my question she tells me she is not sure but will find out .She also always gives me great advice! I would highly recommend Preferred Ins to anyone who wants great Ins coverage, great service and competive prices!
(May 14, 2018, 9:48 am)Kim Payne at Preferred is hands down the BEST! My mom originally found Kim and referred me - she handled our homeowners insurance as well as our cars! She is responsive and professional yet still personable and honestly really easy to work with. Any questions I have ever had she is a phone call/email away!
