I have seen only bad reviews for this company and what i have to say is that people confuse this place with erie insurance and its not, and i have worked as a customer representative and sometimes people confuse the office wit the the actual insurance company, a lot of small own agency have set hours and dont work saturday and sunday, and client have this confuse that the agency is the insurance company and its not, and sometimes clients call after hours or before work hours and they confuse that as that the office is bad in communicating
