  I honestly knew nothing about insurance before finding MIG. The staff was so accommodating and really took the time to know me and understand my needs. They explained everything and checked with a lot of different companies so that they could give me the best deal on my car insurance. I was paying over 70 dollars more every month than I am now!!! I will definitely be going back to them if i ever need insurance for ANYTHING.

  After visiting with Jessie Mendoza at Mauro and having several very professional, cordial conversations with her along with having the opportunity to meet everyone in the office, I truly feel the responsibility to reflect on how organized and well-polished they are. The office is very nicely decorated, organized and state-of-the-art. There is always a respectful staff member at the front to greet you when you first walk-in. A big plus is that they are bilingual. Having that ability truly helps make the clients feel comfortable and at ease. Communication is smooth and very helpful. Jessie, Roxanne, Vins and Guadalupe really help you feel at-home while discussing important business and that is exactly why I wanted to take the time to reflect on my experiences with the entire office and share it with the community. It is so important to have such a professional group like Mauro in the area. I really hope this review helps others as it is my honest opinion of what I experience. Thank you once again to Jessie, Roxanne, Guadalupe and everyone else that makes this experience possible. I see how hard you work and I'm happy to make it known. Sincerely, Mike S.
