I'm a Realtor in MD, so customer service is always #1 with me. Janie was so patient with me asking questions, and making sure I completely understood every portion of my policy. It's so hard to find good customer service these days, so it was so refreshing to work with someone like Janie. I will 1000% be referring her business and I recommend for Janie to play a role in training for her office. She knows her stuff, incredible on the phone, and knows how to connect with people and a real natural way. Not to mention how genuine of a person she was on the phone. All that said, absolutely fantastic service! Thanks again Janie!!! Might just have to recruit you to come do Real Estate with me :) All the best!

(June 21, 2019, 4:35 pm)I got great customer service from Christopher. He was very polite, he was patient. Christopher was very knowledgeable of all the different products that Geico offers. If I had a question or concern he would respond in a timely matter. 1 week after my new home policy start he informed me that Travelers came out with a new product. He redid the policy and I ended up saving another $80 per year. To me he went the extra mile. I highly recommend Christopher and everyone at the Rockville location.
