We were with another agent for 20 years, after speaking with Meredith she took the time and effort and found us a better policy with a much cheaper rate. She returns my calls and questions immediately with positive feedback. We are very satisfied with our change!!!!!

She always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs and concerns are met. She is very personable and outgoing and you can definitely tell she cares about her customers. All our requests are answered in a timely manner. The Whitten Group truly cares about their customers and are dedicated to what they do. We are glad we made the switch to the Whitten group and highly recommend their service!
(May 1, 2019, 5:47 am)Meredith has been great. Responds quickly. Finds good priced policy’s. Recently I compared the nationwide auto policy Meredith put me on to geico, Erie, progressive. Nationwide had the best price. Yea!!
(February 15, 2017, 2:59 pm)Just left this agency and I must say I was about to leave nationwide, but because of Ms. Lynn Hall I've decided to stay. She just went above and beyond for me to solve an issue and I highly appreciate this office. Even the other agent helped her out and neither one of these ladies complained! Kudos to Whitten Insurance!!! Very satisfied with them!
