  How do I start? Ok here it goes, I was looking for life insurance for my wife and I. I started to do what I always do, started an internet research, after an hour of research I was more confused that before, there are so many choices and so much insurance jargon that I was worse than before. Then I thought to myself let me do it the old school way with a professional in face to face meeting (better than doing through the phone). So went to the usual rating sites (yelp, google etc) and found this gem, Carlos Sanchez Allstate. I called and made an appointment to meet with a rep on Saturday (yes they are open Saturday) my busy work schedule does not allow me to go any other day. Saturday came around and I went to their office, everyone was very professional and courteous, it truly felt like they liked working in this agency (and you know what they say, a happy employee is good employee) and they even had this gorgeous Shih-Tzu (dog love here) around the office. I sat down in the waiting room for about two minutes (they offered me soda, water etc). After the two Minutes the rep comes out, what else can I say about Lucy Schimd, it was just an overall pleasant experience. She explained all the different kind of life insurance there were, what was best for me and my age and my wife (quite knowledgeable for such a young person) I knew and felt she had my best interest in mind and wasn't just trying to sell me a policy . I was so pleased by the service I wanted to meet the man behind the curtain Carlos, to tell he had great employees , and he came out and greeted me. I finally left with a smile in face.

  Love the staff. they recommend the the drivewise when I added my 16 years old son son to my policy . It a the perfect tool for parents .

  Very well trained agents that will not lie to you and actively teach you how and why things work. They were able to help me with my rate increase and even explain how and why. While they are a tad bit expensive, the coverage I get is bar none.
