I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for competitive insurance rates and great customer service. They go above and beyond! And our agent, Heidi White, was attentive in every aspect of the word; our renewal process was smooth and painless because of her.
(February 1, 2019, 11:55 am)We have our employee health plans through FA Peabody, Heidi is our rep and she is wonderful! She always is prompt to return any missed calls (Which are few cause she usually answers), she is helpful and patient with all my questions, always has such positive attitude and I can feel her smile through the phone. I highly recommend contacting her for health plan quotes. We liked her so much we took her recommendation to contact Ken and get a quote for commercial insurance. We ended up signing up with him as well! Colleen has been great as well with all my questions on the commercial side. Great teamwork FA Peabody. Give Heidi and Ken a call!

(June 22, 2013, 12:57 pm)Shelly helped me find insurance for my deceased father's empty house in Brewer. She also got me a great quote for his truck. When i sold the house and truck, she took care of cancelling the policies and getting my refunds underway.
A very pleasant and professional experience. I really liked the fact that they were able to process everything electronically, e-signatures and credit cards, unlike most businesses in the area that require paper and checks.
