(February 19, 2019, 1:34 pm)At 68 and living on social security, every penny counts. I learned of Maine Senior Planning Center over a year ago. They helped me save over $100 per month on my Medicare costs (!) and have made numerous helpful suggestions on other health matters. I have interacted most with Chett and Chris, both of whom are always so knowledgeable and helpful, and not only service with a smile, but real humor. I think this is one of THE best insurance companies in the US to offer this service even to people who have not purchased their products and services yet. I STRONGLY recommend this company. If I could give them a six star rating, I would do so.
(July 12, 2017, 8:54 am)Ok I did not understand Medicare at all it was all in Greek to me, I did not know what plan I should go with Part A,B,C, D or even F for F_ _ K It! lol So i went to see Tracy Marcoux Dowland at the Senior Planning office in Rumford below the DVM and she was AWESOME and I mean AWESOME. I say go see her and I am sure she will help you out and get what you really need. I Give her an A++ on the professional service and taking time to explain to me what I need and everything. (June 27, 2017, 10:18 am)I found that Tracy Dowland at the Rumford location to be extremely helpful! I was confused with all of the mail and phone calls that I was receiving do to turning 65. She explained Medicare to me and how it system works. She told me what all of my options were which helped me not only plan for my medical needs but my budget as well. I am very pleased with my Medicare Insurance that I have with her. I had a medical billing issue that I was unable to resolve on my own but she got involved and resolved the issue. I recommend her to ALL of my friends of Medicare age!
