(December 6, 2018, 6:44 am)My experience with Chris Mcgehee is one of many bad experiences had by many who have been trolled by Chris Mcgehee. I mailed a money order first class to FL REALTY, an unlicensed business with no real address other than a PO box, only to be told that it must be missing because they never got it. Their inexperienced attorney, Jessica, showed me the post marked envelope and a copy of the money order that was in the envelope, postmarked the day after I mailed it. Long story short, I was systematically sued and forced to move because of this missing money order, which they received on time but refused to cash in order to have a reason to start a civil suit. The inexperienced lawyer also let me word the stipulation agreement to my liking. Would I do that for my client? Feel free to search C.M.-LAND27, L.L.C. or any of their dozen or so similarly named companies in numerical order.
