(June 20, 2016, 3:32 pm)I recently filed a claim on my auto insurance after hitting a deer. KY Farm Bureau was prompt in their response and I received my check in a timely manner. I was also very pleased, as always, with Randy’s Body Shop. They do excellent work and don’t want a vehicle to leave their premises unless it is as good a new. My third compliment is for Enterprise Car Rental. They were prompt, courteous and they picked us up.
If I had to hit a deer, this was the way to go. I received a prompt, no hassle response from KY Farm Bureau, and I got a free tee-shirt from Randy’s.
