(December 7, 2018, 11:32 am)My husband and I needed to combine policies (home & 2 cars) and also sign up for Life Insurance, so we met with Ashlee early one morning to go over everything. She made it easy and did all the work for us, all we had to do was sign paperwork. She was able to cut out a few things we were paying for that were redundant or useless and also got back to us super quick on a home insurance quote when we were looking at buying a new house. I would recommend Ashlee and her team to everyone in the NKY area.
(November 23, 2018, 9:28 am)Customer service at the office is good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Claims department is horrible. Always rude and never truly knows the answer. Completely different experience then what I had in 2012. Been dealing with them almost a month and the repairs are just beginning. Sign u up with low premiums but within 12-24 months those low rates increase to what everyone else is charging.

It was a quick and easy process and the rate on our loan was outstanding. I also love the ladies that work in our office. They are so friendly and helpful and are here for anything we need anytime.

This agency always goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of and even goes as far as giving thank you calls. I’m AMAZED. Great job Ashlee Kennedy and team! Highly recommend.
