(June 19, 2019, 1:18 pm)Austin was very helpful and friendly in helping us setting up our home and contents insurance. We had just moved from Australia and were very unfamiliar with insurance companies here and what coverage options were available, but Austin was great at talking us through everything and making it as easy as possible to setup. Austin was also very quick to respond to emails and easily contactable. We would highly recommend Austin and Aspen Ridge Insurance!

He was very knowledgeable, fast to respond, and answered all questions I had! All about the customer, never pushing a product because it is more expensive. I will remain a customer of his!
(June 11, 2019, 3:03 pm)Austin Jones has been amazing to work with for our auto and homeowners policies as we make the transition from Oklahoma to Kentucky. A lot has changed with the insurance laws sense I left Ky. more years than I want to admit to leaving. Austin has answered all questions and adjusted dates and continues to be flexible as we sell our small farm in Oklahoma and buy a home in Kentucky. His knowledge and help has been gratefully appreciated.
(May 28, 2019, 4:28 pm)Working with Joel to get insurance for my first home could not have gone more smoothly. I called to get a quote on a Friday (Kentucky Oaks Day, no less), and he turned it around the same day. He was patient and thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Though he couldn't get a better deal on my auto insurance bundle, he was honest about that and told me to hang onto my current policy, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Aspen Ridge Insurance, and will be using their services for my future insurance needs!

He made something as daunting as insurance easier to understand so I could make the decisions that were right for me. He is also very efficient and reliable.
