  I just called on a whim to see if they could lower my monthly insurance bill, and i was incredibly pleased to reduce it by nearly half! Chris is who i spoke to and he was very friendly and helpful! I wish i had made the call years ago. I’m very happy :) thank you!!

  The office staff is AMAZING, and Josh is absolutely wonderful. Every question or concern I've had has been acknowledged and resolved immediately. They truly do care about you as a person not just a payment. Merry Christmas Josh Haines and staff!!!

  Drew was super helpful and saved me 60 dollars a month, all while providing the same level of coverage I had from my previous car insurance provider. Oh yeah that 60 dollars in savings also included the addition of renters insurance and short and long term disability insurance. Cool dude, easy to work with. Highly recommend you contact if you’re looking for a better price or a more friendly and better service.

  I had never been involved with State Farm Insurance until doing business with Josh Haines group here in Louisville. Let me tell you up front, this group of professionals really go the extra mile for their clients. First, the degree of friendliness and warmth this staff exudes is something you will remember. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy of the people working there. They will tell you they’re happy to be serving their community. Second, every member of their office works together and effectively for you as their client. My personal agent is Andrew McDonald, and he was extremely helpful and patient with me as we went through the entire process. With thorough understanding of the tools at his disposal, he smashed my previous insurance agency’s rates AND level of coverage. Third, they have continued to reach out and make sure that anything I need is taken care of. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I’ve received. HIGHLY recommend.
