They were recommended to us at the time we were searching for an agency that would find the best policies to fit our business needs. My agent Cindy Gallahue is outstanding, her knowledge of our specific business needs, and really understanding our market is excellent. Cindy is always on top of things and makes sure everything runs as smooth as possible for me.

Through our conversations I have learn a-lot, my understanding is much better regarding commercial insurance because of Cindy.
Most of the time I only need to send an email to get things done, which is very convenient for me and all the things I have going on already.
I have recommended others here and they are also long term client now.
