(March 14, 2019, 10:03 am)I loved having them as my insurance company, but there rates went up. I was paying more than my car payment. Really wished they hadn't gone up so much. There customer service is great and they are always so nice. Maybe if there rates went down i could go back to them.

(December 1, 2018, 10:32 am)They helped my mother with her insurance needs, very friendly. I am not a big fan of some of there requirements when adding a vehicle to a an existing policy, wanting a payment first for example .

It’s hard to come by great customer service now a days and Mary and her staff definitely exceed my expectations. They are always so friendly and helpful. Mary even has her staff reach out to you to come to her office and review all your policies with her because she wants to make sure you’re properly insured and actually understand your coverages. I’ve never known an insurance company to be so caring and actually take the time to build a relationship with you!
