She provided excellent customer service and knowledge to guide me as to what I needed and also what my options were. I 100% recommend her to anyone in need of any type of insurance. Jen was a pleasure to work with, so was her staff.

(July 22, 2019, 12:46 pm)I switched to Bethany Hicks State Farm agency approximately one year ago when I relocated to Lexington. I was immediately introduced to Jen Emberton to sort out auto and life insurance policies. Since that point we have merged several other policies into existing ones, changed coverages and continued to make life insurance decisions. Jen is always professional, quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. It is been a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend this agency and all of its staff for any of your insurance needs.

Working with Audrey Deppe was quick, straightforward and efficient. In less than a day (and less than 20 minutes of discussion) she'd lined me up with a policy that saves me hundreds of dollars on other insurance agent's quotes.
Also, I've now got renter's insurance which gives me a lot of peace of mind.
If I'm in the market for other forms of insurance State Farm provides I'd only use this office (and Audrey). I can't recommend this office, and my associate, highly enough.

(May 3, 2019, 2:25 pm)Omg!!! Honestly the best State Farm in America!! All of their employees are super professional, very intelligent and really know there stuff. It feels really good to be taken care of by such good people. Alexandria helped me out so much on my life policy. She explained the ins and out to the policy and made sure she laid out all my options so I wouldn’t be unsure of my decision when the time came. Such great energy in that building. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING STATE FARM!!!
