Brandy got the BBB,Dept of Insurance,Umpire involved. Finally the claim has been resolved. I would High recommended Brandi for your Claims.

We had a fire back in October of 2018 and she stepped up to help us. Brandi has been there for every step of the way and has fought for us and taught us stuff about the insurance company we never knew. We are so grateful to have this rockstar on our side. I highly recommend this lady!!!

(December 18, 2018, 9:05 pm)Brandi was there for my husband and I when our legitimate insurance claim was denied, (because the way it was called in) she fought for us and did not give up. Brandi is a honest, compassionate, dedicated, determined, intelligent woman. I highly recommend if your claim is denied, call Brandi she will fight for what is right. If I ever have to deal with a insurance company again, she will be the first person I call.
(December 14, 2018, 1:56 pm)My basement flooded and my insurance company told me that I only had a $10k limit and paid it. I called Brandi to review my policy and she discovered that I had full replacement on water damage. Brandi recovered the money that I had already paid out of pocket and got me money to finish my repairs. She also managed the documentation for the mortgage company. I work full time and there's no way I could've handled the insurance company and the mortgage company. Brandi makes the claim process smooth so you can take care of your regular daily responsibilities without dealing with the insurance claim headaches.
