  We have been customers for over 10 years and have always been well taken care of. In preparing to buy a new home and move Mary, at Scott Hester’s office, did an outstanding job reviewing our options and explaining the details we needed to consider. I can’t say enough about the quality of the service and staff.

  Agents are friendly and informative.
  Location is easy to fine. Parking is off street and well light. Building is easily wheelchair/handicap accessible.
  All the products I have purchased (home, rental, auto, life) through State Farm have been well priced. I have been kept up to date on any changes to my policies and when a new or better product comes out.
  The agents have been very helpful when it came time to file any claims by walking me through the necessary process.
  The Scott Hester Agents have more than once stepped up to the plate by putting in long hours and hands on help, when a natural disaster hits the region or local community.
  Just as importantly, they have been there when just that one family or person needed them, because the agents in this office care about the people they serve.

  The ladies are always super friendly and helpful. I just wish they offered insurance for mobile homes but I guess that's with every insurance company.
