Jerry Kendall has been professional, kind and very quick at responding to all my questions. He has sought to make sure we get the best coverage for the lowest price. Insurance can be so confusing and overwhelming so it has been such a blessing to have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy help us find what’s best for us! Thank you, Tri-City and Jerry!

More recently, they were pro-active, looking for the possibility of savings for us by changing our carrier. Our agent also quickly resolved a problem with our former insurance carrier. The office staff is wonderful and always helpful.

I am also very pleased with the carrier as they have taken care of claims quickly with little to no issues. I would highly recommend Tri-City for all insurance needs.
