He is efficient and returns all messages and or calls in a timely manner. I have never had to wait on an adjuster or a claim to be processed. Ed makes having insurance EASY.......as it should be! He takes the time to sit down and talk with you to try and find the best insurance package for you. Many times I’ve found myself sitting there well after my session was over, just making common conversation with him about all things in life. He’s a good man who’ll do good by you.
