(February 13, 2018, 2:39 pm)They are always going above and beyond. Insurance is very confusing at times and they all are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer our questions. I feel like they care more than my agents in the past and after working with them, I no longer just feel like a number. Highly recommend working with them! I've had a couple claims since signing with them quite a while back and even with those it's been the most stress free experience, which is not what I'd dealt with in the past with the other big agencies!

Here lately I have realized you all have a large selection of other options to cover us within the means of insurance. That is super awesome.

He is very personable and is always thinking 2 to 3 steps of me when it comes to long term planning and coverage. What he offers is an invaluable service that makes my life run smoothly and keeps it well protected.

(October 6, 2015, 9:05 am)I have been with Midwest Insurance for about 6 months. My wife and I have changed cars a couple of times each since joining. In that time our bank has had some issues internally with our proof of insurance. Dede has been great in both changing coverage on our vehicles and handling the issues with our bank. She is always just a phone call away. I am very happy my brother recommended me. If you are looking for a great insurance agent and company you can not go wrong with Dede and Midwest Professional Insurance.
