My car recently lost a battle to a stray tire on the interstate. The collision center commended their speedy claims processing, and my car was fixed in no time. Their dependability and customer service are why I choose KT!
(July 22, 2016, 12:42 pm)Recently we bought a piece of property near Ames that we plan to build our house on in several years. We presently live out of state. We contacted several insurance agencies regarding insurance for our new property. Cat Campbell at Knapp Tedesco was able to promptly find us what we needed at a very reasonable price. The other agencies either could not find what we needed in the same time, or found something at a much higher price. When we went to Knapp Tedesco to complete the paperwork, we were greeted warmly and served efficiently. Cat and the other employees who we interacted with gave us a positive impression of an effective, efficient, and friendly business.

Whether it's health insurance, business insurance or our personal insurance, the staff at Knapp Tedesco has always been able to answer any questions I've had and have been great about suggesting things that would provide better, more complete coverage. They also are great about finding ways to provide cost savings by combining coverages or reconfiguring existing coverages to take advantage of any discounts that are available.
I highly recommend Knapp Tedesco insurance for any type of insurance coverage you might need.
