  When it came time to renew our home and auto policies of which the premiums had increased substantially for no real reason, I stopped by Cupp insurance and dropped them off to see if they could come up with something better. I had already started an online quote with Progressive and since they were a Progressive Agent I felt more comfortable in speaking with somebody in person. Also I wanted to support a local business here in Polk City.
  
  In short Rob reviewed everything and was able to put together a package which in part was with a different company from Progressive. In all it was quite acceptable. He was friendly, courteous, efficient and took he time to understand what my concerns were and I felt very comfortable in dealing with him as well as the whole firm.
  
  In an era where early everything is being done online I still feel hen it comes to significant matters such as insurance there is a place to deal with someone in person rather than through a call center.

  Cupp Insurance has always been there for us. I think we've been with them for over 30 years. I remember the time a mini tornado went through our neighborhood. Ripped up our patio and chairs from the deck and landed in our back yard all in a million pieces. Cupp Insurance took care of it immediately! We were so impressed with their service. Got a new patio set and still have it today. They offer great personalized service that can't be beat. This is one company that we tell EVERYONE about when they are looking for Home/Car Insurance. You definitely can't go wrong with them.
