(April 30, 2019, 11:40 pm)Kris helped my son so much after his accident in January. He was told he was not covered at the time of the accident because his payment did not go through. OMG it was devastating! My son's car was totaled. Kris worked with the insurance company however and they discovered that is was just a problem with my son's credit card and they ended up covering his accident!!! What a relief! If it wasn't for Kris's persistence, my son would be financially devastated. I can't thank him enough! He's the kind of agent who will one hundred percent go to bat for you. Thanks again Kris. Sorry this review was so long overdue!
