I highly recommend using Middendorf Insurance Associates for all of your insurance needs. I had the delight of working with Travis who walked me through the process of obtaining my own insurance policies in Renters and auto insurance. He asked pertinent questions to get a reliable quote and then once he determined the right match between coverage and cost, found me the right amount of insurance I desired. I was new to obtaining my own insurance so he walked me through the whole process of how it all worked and explained to me what each aspect of my policy meant so that I could add on extra benefits or decline what I did not need. Travis is someone I would recommend to any first-time insurance buyer.
My car was drowned in a street flood on Saturday night, June 30th. Many people were in the same predicament. I thought it would take a long time to contact my insurance company, agent and an adjuster because it was a weekend and the sheer volume of claims that would be submitted. But that did not happen. I heard from an adjuster on Monday morning and am sure that was due solely to the fact that Middendorf opened for business on Sunday to start processing claims. It is wonderful to have this company handling my insurance business.
