(December 19, 2016, 5:09 pm)When my fiance and I decided to combine our autos under one insurance, Nicole helped us make sure this was done correctly. She took the time to make sure we were getting all of the possible discounts which was greatly appreciated. Nicole was sweet and truly cared about our well-being. My fiance spoke highly of her and it was easy to see why, the moment I met Nicole. Coming from a different insurance provider, I was unsure of the change but now I can honestly say I am so happy with who we are now with. They don't treat you as a customer, they treat you as family. We love that about State Farm.
(December 22, 2015, 10:16 am)We moved our business to Shawn a few months ago because of how active he was within our community. As a bonus, we sat down and restructured our home and auto and Shawn pointed out how we could be much more efficient with the premium dollars that we are spending. This staff truly cares about you as an individual more than they care about the revenue you bring to the office. Kudos on doing things the right way. I would have no troubles recommending them to friends and family.
(September 2, 2015, 3:51 pm)I love this office. Nicole is the girl that set me up with my account and I can't imagine having anybody else do it. She answered every question I had and I left feeling much more aware of what my policy entailed. She is very outgoing and makes this a much more enjoyable experience. Any time I have questions or need to make changes, she is very quick to respond and take care of things. Definitely a go-to gal. Love my insurance people! I highly recommend.
