  I always feel welcome at Brad's State Farm office! Mandy is so very helpful & great to work with! She always takes the time to go over the details & different options with me ! Everyone in the office is very friendly ! A great experience every time !

  We started using Brad Jacobson State Farm Insurance about 16 years ago. We have never had any reason to complain. On the contrary, whenever we would go in with questions, Brad and the staff were always willing to happily help. When we left the area several years ago, we liked them enough that we decided to keep our insurance with this office. This has meant long distance communications for everything, but the staff has been amazing to work with, incredibly patient, kind and quick!! I have worked with several different staff members throughout the years and all have been great! Today, I'm sending a special shout-out to Fay who has been a life-saver the last few days! Thanks, Fay!!???????? And thanks to all those great people at Brad Jacobson State Farm! My family highly recommends your services!!

  Fay Chamberlin has helped me on my last few visits, and she does a phenomenal job with answering the many questions I tend to have, never making me feel like an inconvenience to deal with.
  
  I've had the pleasure of dealing with Brad for years and have always found it to be a positive experience during the numerous times I've contacted his team. I've used the roadside assistance 3 or 4 times over the years, and they have always made it a stress free experience. When I totaled my car, they gave me a very fair payout that allowed me to buy another car that was at least as good as the one I had lost. They also are very competitively priced, especially when you have multiple lines of insurance through State Farm.
  
  State Farm has always treated me right, and you can't go wrong with Brad and his winning team. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Brad has been my agent agent for several year. I called yesterday and spoke with Mandy about my car insurance coverage as I am getting ready to go on a trip across county and she was so incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak with. She was also able to help me in getting my husband to switch over from another insurance carrier and get him added to my policy, saving us some money. Highly recommend.
