  Doug Miller and everyone to ever work for him are absolutely the elite of the elite! I thought I was just getting insurance as usual, but was insanely mistaken. It is better than having the family member who likes you the most as you Insurance Agent (he was the only person that sent me a b day card this year????). Doesn’t matter who answers they work as if an extension of Doug? It is 10000% obvious that Doug and his team never learned to sell, but to serve with integrity and knowledge. They will catch and suggest things no other Agents would, like adding loss of use to your auto policy for a few days while you are calling to ask questions about your policy and renting a car, which only cost me around $0.60 for 5 days and could have saved me a small fortune. You get the point....you can apply and scale this situation as high as you want and these guys will always be looking out for you better than you are looking out for yourself, and I couldn’t mean that more! C. Vanderveld....keep up the unrivaled job Doug and Team!
