Sadly, the company was sold to another company in India. Within 2 years, virtually all but the jobs done by inspectors were given to people in India. I worked for Overland Solutions for 8 years. I really miss it. Pros. Fun work, good manager, good pay and benefits. Cons.
The company does not promote the best auditors to management-- only "yes" men and women. Training is very poor. The pay is straight out of 1996. You probably won't be able to pay your bills--especially if you have student loans. Micro-management. Management's favorite tactic is harassment. Few opportunities for advancement.
