(June 24, 2019, 1:36 pm)i did not know that when i had my cat piwackit chipped that you receive a medical coverage for 1000 dollars if your dog or cat is lost and you get him back injured. it is free for the first year and then you can purchase other insurance or buy insurance now. i spoke to George and he helped me to register my cat. he made it very easy. thank you very much! The first 30-day's was part of her adoption fee and we have been continued the services. Our dog is a bit of a trouble-maker and we now have the peace of mind that should she get injured or sick, PetFirst will help cover expenses. Our claims have been handled quickly and professionally each time. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. We would recommend PetFirst Pet Insurance for anyone looking to insure a furry loved-one.

(April 5, 2019, 10:51 am)When I first signed up with Pet First insurance I was a little nervous. You just never know how these companies will treat you when it actually comes time to use the coverage. I'm happy to say, Pet First has handled everyone of my claims as I had hoped, and as stated in my policy. They also covered veterinarians doctors who were holistic practitioners and prescribed natural supplements, which was important to me.
