  I would highly recommend Bob O'Donnell. He is a very knowledgeable insurance professional. He took the time to clearly explain the Medicare options available to me and to make sure that I understood the coverages and options and helped guide me to make the right choice for me. When I had additional questions, he responded in a very timely manner and answered my questions.

  Bob is the agent for both my sister and myself. He does an excellent job fitting a plan for each client. He remains readily available whenever there is a need for advice. One good word that best describes him is: Trustworthy.

  The myriad issues and complexities associated with finding the right health insurance coverage was something I really did not have time to focus on. Fortunately, I was given Bob O’Donnell’s name and contact information as someone who had the background, knowledge and experience to provide the professional guidance needed in this matter. Bob took the time to come to my office and he thoroughly explained all the various plans available, i.e. for me since I was about to sign up for Medicare. I work in a service industry and I can appreciate the level of service and support that Bob O’Donnell has rendered. More importantly Bob has taken the time to meet with my wife and I every year since and has always responded to all my questions and has done so in a timely manner.
