(September 10, 2015, 9:30 am)I was referred to Dean Schuepbach by a friend while searching for a lower rate on car insurance. Originally, I had planned on getting multiple quotes from multiple companies. I spoke with Kathy at this particular Allstate agency. Kathy was so incredibly helpful! We emailed back and forth as she answered ALL of my questions, and I had LOTS of questions. After receiving at least four different quotes from Kathy and Dean, my fiancé and I decided to stop by their office and fill out paperwork. Kathy and Dean made it so easy on us and Kathy made the coverage so understandable. They also lived up to their word and our quoted price was the price that we paid. After signing the paperwork, I have emailed Kathy at least twice with additional questions and she has not let me down. She responds quickly and really goes the extra mile for the customer. This was the first time my fiancé and I had to shop for car insurance. Our previous insurance provider sort of fell in our lap through recommendations, but I had never spoken with anyone from their company personally. I love the level of customer service that was provided by Kathy and Dean from the Allstate in Highland. So glad we switched! Thank you Kathy and Dean!

When I called to complain and request to be removed from his list he told me the 'moaning department is closed today' and that 'my opinion is worth the same thing as whats under his shoe'.
