(July 18, 2019, 2:09 pm)Todd is simply the best insurance agent in the the state of Illinois you could possible find. He has been my agent for about 8 years now for home, auto…and more recently health. 1. His prices are the best 2. His service is IMPECCABLE. 3. He is always looking for ways to save you money (which I assume lowers his commissions - but is an INCREDIBLE SERVICE) 4. Is is SUPER responsive on EVERYTHING. When I lose or can’t find my car insurance card - I email Todd and its in my inbox in less than an hour. Honest advice on car/driving issues - no problem - he will spend the time with you. Most recently - Todd literally spent 3 hours on the phone with me and healthcare.gov to sort out an issue they created by accidentally crossing my account (somehow) with my daughters and canceling my insurance instead of hers. It was such a pain - but I am so grateful to have an amazing agent like Todd as my insurance advocate. He is so incredibly helpful I cannot say enough to express that anyone needing insurance should use him as their agent. I promise you will be thankful you did. He has my business for life - and will always get a STRONG recommendation for me for anyone looking for insurance. Did I also mention what a super nice guy he is? Talking to Todd is like talking to a friend not a “salesman” (I feel he is my friend even though I think we only met face-to-face once). Todd is honestly one-of-a-kind is a time where customer service has seen better days. Todd is a total rockstar and a model for what great customer service should be. Todd and his team are beyond helpful. If you need auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, business insurance, or ANY insurance CALL TODD!!! To those who do…you are very welcome. I am so grateful to the friend that referred me to Todd.

(January 29, 2019, 1:17 pm)Fast, friendly response to my inquiry. My new car, and renters, policies were simple to understand. I was not left lost and confused, like with previous insurance agents. Glad I decided to make the change.
(January 17, 2019, 8:41 pm)Todd was very helpful with reviewing my insurance policy and how to set up a claim for my car that needed repair. He made the steps very easy to understand. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The rest of the State Farm team followed up and again made it super easy to pick the auto repair place from a list of shops near me and the nearest hertz locations for a car rental since State Farm covers me with that too! Great service overall!
