I was shopping around different agencies for Renter's Insurance and happened on this Statefarm location. I spoke with Tad and he was able to write up a policy to my specifications within 5 minutes. Later I found out I didn't meet the requirements for the apartment landlord and contacted Tad again, he was able to change it with no issue at all and this was a mistake on my end! Thanks so much and I will continue to use them. Awesome folks!

Happened upon Mike Shumaker when our original agent retired (Mike Moses, great guy as well!) and State Farm transferred us to Mike Shumaker. We were with him for 3 or 4 years until we just moved out of state. We had our homeowners and two cars there. I could not have been more pleased with how they handled everything. We were rear ended, had a rock crack the windshield, rental car damaged, hit a raccoon :( that did $2k worth of damage, and a tree from our yard fall and they took care of everything quickly and followed through with everything they said they would do. They even called me back when they said they would! (That’s hard to find these days!)
When we switched to our new agent in our new state they handled everything as well. All I had to do was say can you transfer our policies over. Boom! Done. Didn’t even have to create a new online account. Also, they’re very fair on pricing. A simple call to see what new deals they have going on for good driving and again Boom! Taken care of.
Sadly, all of our dealings were over the phone so I never got to personally meet anyone but would have loved too. They were all so friendly. I’d recommend calling them up or stopping by because I could not have found a better group of people.
