Earlier this year my wife and I had a horrible flood in our house after a big storm. The basement was completely flooded, all my belongings were ruined and the drywall was destroyed. We had absolutely no idea what to do or who to turn to until a friend of ours introduced us to Mitchell Schoeneman. Mitch was at our house within minutes and from the moment he got there he put us at ease. He handled all of the insurance claims getting us incredible value for our belongings, and he even got a little extra for the construction work which allowed us to put a bathroom in the basement which we had always wanted to do!! He and his team also handled all of the construction work which allowed for such a smooth and easy process. Within 3 months our house was like new. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Mitchell Schoeneman and team at A. Schoeneman & Co. for literally saving my wife and I during this dreadful and stressful time in our lives. Ron turned lemons into lemonade for us.
Ron treated me like family! He made a difficult situation very manageable, and made me feel at ease throughout this whole process.

(July 8, 2019, 9:21 am)There are not enough words to describe our appreciation for Ron Schoeneman at A. Schoeneman & Company. After 25 years as homeowners, we suffered our very first loss due a pipe burst in our home, it wiped out most of our first floor in our home. Like many others, you are already going through this devastation of dealing with how to handle this loss and what it will take to re-build, but when your insurance company does not react in a timely manner, causes delays and then decides to cut corners on what the rebuild entails, it is not only frustrating, it is very scary and expensive.
Our insurance company recommended we go to appraisal which to us felt that they were doing everything they could to scare us away from taking further action as this meant added costs to us without any guarantee. We knew that corners were being cut and we had to protect our asset. We selected Ron Schoeneman at A. Schoeneman and Company based on such positive feedback from reviews and others in the industry.
Ron listened to our situation, reviewed the insurance company feedback, assessed the entire loss and worked with our insurance company’s appraisers. Ron removed all of our stress in dealing with the insurance company. We were very happy with the final settlement as the money received has helped us restore our home to its original condition before the loss happened.

(June 25, 2019, 10:53 am)We suffered severe sewage flood damage throughout our basement. I have been very impressed with the quality of repairs and renovations as well as the timeliness of the work performed.
Everyone from management through labor has been very pleasant and easy to work with. No wonder this company came highly recommended from friends.
