  Each member of anna’s staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I understand they work off of commission but they care more that you get the coverage you need for the best price you can. Even if you’re a long standing customer of another insurance agency I highly recommend at least walking in to the office or giving them a call to hear what they can do for you.

  Customer service is great. Friendly staff. Always get issues resolved in a timely manner. Answers questions and gives information whenever needed. I would recommend this insurance company and plan to be with them for a long time.

  I have had amazing service since switching back to state farm. Megan Stevens is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Anytime I have questions or want to add or change anything with my policy she is always there and gets back to me quickly. She also takes the initiative to educate me on services or items i may not know about. I Would highly recommend Anna and her team!

  I have been working with Anna Schappaugh’s office for a few years now and it has been a very positive experience. They respond quickly when a callback is needed and they do their best to find ways to lower your insurance rates where possible. They listen and genuinely care about your needs. The entire staff is very friendly, too, and I really enjoy working with them. I have referred family and friends to them and would highly recommend their services if you are looking for an insurance agency.

  Everyone at this office is super friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a couple new policies, and they made sure to take their time to find the best fits for me. I would highly recommend this office!
