  This company was very helpful. The agent explained everything to me and was very kind. The agent also makes sure everything is always ok and up to date on my policies.

  Tonya Caldwell may be the best insurance agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Back in 2016 I cut my finger and had to have stitches, It never crossed my mind about the accident insurance I had taken out in 2011, so in October 2018 I again cut my finger and had to have stitches, ( I know, I need to leave the knives alone) and had posted a picture of before and after, and Tonya saw the post and asked me if I had used my accident insurance. I said no, hadn't even thought about it, I was out money I really didn't have to spend, and I think that hurt the worst, but when Tonya mentioned I asked her if it would apply and she said yes, I then asked about the incident in 2016 and she again confirmed that I could use the insurance for that incident also. I appreciated her honesty and dedication to me as a client to remind me that I could get some of my money back if not all of it. So Thank you Tonya. Liberty National you've got a good one there, hold on to her. It really is nice to know you've got someone on your side, especially in insurance. Pamela Roberts, McIntyre GA
