I have recommended them to friends, family, and clients and will continue to do so. Give them a call asap !
(January 23, 2018, 8:11 pm)Wow. This place is great. Melissa is a great insurance agent that treated me like family and did everything she could to help me save money on my car insurance. I had been with Jupiter Insurance(through Velox) for about a year and a half paying...at first a great rate..but then after being with them a year DOUBLED MY RATE when I had no new tickets or accidents, talk about getting taken advantage of!! They also wanted an insanely high deposit to even renew my policy. Well American Family blew them out of the water!! They got me a great rate that was probably 1/3 less than what I was paying and the deposit was less than half of what Jupiter wanted! I believe every situation is different for the everyone, but finally after years of feeling like I was being overcharged I finally found a company that offered me a very fair price for my car insurance with excellent customer service!! Great job and please don't ever change!
