Their product knowledge and competitive prices is second to none. I recommend Coffey agency to anyone looking for a reliable insurance agent.
(August 28, 2018, 5:23 am)The women in the agency have been very kind in helping me interact with the “home office” regarding billing/payment. I have both auto and homeowners policies, and receive two separate bills from two different locations. I am now able to mail both payments simultaneously to the local office, which should reduce not only postal expense, but also frustration from being “dunned” when one is not received and processed as rapidly as the other. At a time when everyone wants me to automatically allow monthly access to my bank account, I appreciate the help from someone who understands that I prefer to control
my payments myself, and I honestly want to keep postal carriers employed! Good work.

To be honest, I've always paid for the minimum coverage because it was the cheapest required by law. Now that I have a full understanding of my coverage options I'm confident that I know what to expect in the event I need to use the plan. I am also confident I know what to expect when my plan renews. Insurance companies adjust the rates offered to customers based on a number of criteria. The individual agent or offices are not in control of the rate offered. However, they ARE in control of the discounts offered. The ladies at this office went above and beyond to make sure I knew what discounts I was receiving and how they might change if, for example I sold one of my cars.
I truly appreciate their time, effort and knowledge. Every time I called the office I got the sense that they all sincerely wanted to be there. Such a great team!
